I’m here to start a Listening Movement.

My mission is to start a Listening Movement — and to build a world where we can all better relate to each other, communicate with each other, and solve complex problems.

See, with 25+ years in the field of emotional intelligence, psychology, and education, I’ve watched, over and over again, how a failure to listen has negatively impacted relationships, organizations, schools, and individuals — and I know it doesn’t have to be that way.

It’s why I speak to audiences across the globe and equip them with the understanding they need to listen… and to listen differently.
